Its almost our busiest time of time of year when our lovely Student tenants will be moving out! In order to speed things along to get back your all important bond monies
1) Make sure your properties are cleaned thoroughly throughout
2) Make sure you have provided us with proof that all your bills have been paid, so when you pay your final bills we will need to see that the account is closed (Gas, Water and Electricity).
This will speed up the process of getting your bonds back! You should all have had your check out packs for June leavers, but if you have any queries, call us or come in and see us. In the meantime, here is a bit more info regarding our deposit scheme :-
