LET ONLY SERVICE 60% (INC VAT)
LET ONLY + SERVICE 60% (INC VAT) and 9.6% (INC VAT) PCM of the rent due.
FULLY MANAGED SERVICE ONE-OFF SET UP FEE 60% (INC VAT) and 14.4% (INC VAT) PCM of the rent due.
ALL LANDLORD NON OPTIONAL FEES AND CHARGES
BEFORE TENANTS MOVE IN
- Deposit lodgement charge £54.00 (inclusive of VAT) for Let Only Plus & Full Management Service.
- Arrangement fee for refurbishments: fees discussed and agreed with the landlord (by prior written agreement).
- Landlord withdrawal: Should we find a tenant who meets our mutual criteria, and you withdraw the property, you must pay us a fee of £120.00 (inclusive of VAT).
DURING THE TENANCY
Rent warranty renewal upon landlords request for an existing tenant, the following charges apply: Policy with one month’s excess 6 month contract - £90 inc IPT (insurance premium tax)* 12 month contract - £125 inc IPT* Policy with no excess 6 month contract - £115 inc IPT* 12 month contract - £160 inc IPT* Renewal needs to be confirmed in writing by the landlord. Renewal fees are payable to Van Mildert Tenant Referencing directly.
- Renewal fee: Inclusive (other than deposit lodgement of £54.00)
- Landlords requesting copy documents such as historic invoices: 18p per copy (inclusive of VAT).
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards (except American Express), electronic bank transfer and electronic international payments. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% charge, debit card £0.75 and international payments £5.
