COVID-19 GUIDANCE 
SECURE VIEWINGS DURING THE PANDEMIC


The safety of our staff and customers is our number 1 priority. We are committed to following government guidance and working closely with industry leaders to make sure that we can carry out viewings in the safest way possible. This document has been drafted to ensure that you understand exactly what each party needs do to achieve this.

In all cases, we will encourage potential buyers to view your property virtually. We will only let serious, proceedable buyers/tenants to attend physical viewings. Where a physical viewing does take place we will restrict the number of viewers to a maximum of 2 people from the same household.


Buyer / Tenant Guidance

1. Complete a Covid-19 medical assessment form
2. Travel to the property safely
3. Wash your hands before entering the property
4. Wear a face covering and gloves (provided by you)
5. Observe 2 metre social distancing at all times
6. Do not touch any surfaces within the property
7. Dispose of all PPE used safely
8. Wash hands after leaving the property
9. Carry out all negotiations and supplementary questions should be undertaken by phone or email after the viewing has taking place.

Seller / Landlord Guidance

1. Complete a Covid-19 medical assessment form
2. Thoroughly clean all surface in the property
3. Open all internal doors & switch on all main lights in the property
4. Wear a face covering and gloves (provided by you)
5. Observe 2 metre social distancing at all times
6. Dispose of all PPE used safely
7. Wash hands & surfaces once viewers have left the property
8. Carry out all negotiations and supplementary questions should be undertaken by phone or email after the viewing has taking place

Accompanied viewings: When we carry out accompanied viewings we will observe the same guidance as buyers and tenants, we would ask that sellers & landlords observe the same guidance as laid out above.
