24thMay 2019- Grill-A-Warfare 2.0 ‘Battle of the BBQ’ @ Wylam Brewery

From Friday 24th at 5pm, and then Saturday from midday, head down to Wylam Brewery in the picturesque Exhibition Park to indulge in a variety of classic BBQ and grill food to make the most of your bank holiday. 24thMay- 22ndSeptember 2019- Ifeoma U. Anyaeji @ BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art 

Single-use plastic is a hot topic at the moment and artist Ifeoma U. Anyaeji recognises this, having made use of non-biodegradable waste in her work. Using bottles and plastic bags, she explores West African culture through her art, which will be located in BALTIC’s Level 2 gallery this summer. This gallery is entirely free to explore- perfect for a budget friendly day out or just an opportunity to experience a different culture.
