Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses Policy. This is put in place for a new tenant moving into your property on a new tenancy but not for a renewal of an existing tenant. The service is designed to protect you against loss of rent if tenants become unable to pay and against the legal costs of removing tenants who are not fulfilling their obligations under the tenancy agreement.
